Terms and Conditions
By booking a session and confirming payment it is agreed the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the Services.
Beginners
You are required to contact the studio BEFORE booking your first class. Please note you MUST have attended an INDUCTION SESSION OR FOUNDATION CLASS PRIOR to booking any of the Mixed Ability classes.
Medical
You acknowledge that our classes involve intense physical exercise and you accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are able to participate in each session. If you have any injury that may prevent full participation you should discuss this with the instructor before the session begins. Any advice from our instructor does not constitute medical advice, and we strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing.
If you have any concerns before booking please get in touch to discuss. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the instructor of any changes to their health.
Any client who is pregnant must consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class.
Payment
Payment is required in advance of all group classes and private sessions to confirm your place. Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of the class dates and times that you are booked in to.
Classes
Grip socks must be worn in class for safety and hygiene reasons.
You are required to follow the instruction of the instructor at all times during a session. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the session if you are deemed to not be attempting to follow instructions or acting in an unsafe manner.
Class Etiquette
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session start time so you can be ready to begin your session on time.
If you are late to a session you may not be admitted if admitting you will cause disruption. Admittance is at the sole discretion of the instructor leading the session.
Cancellation
Please note if you wish to cancel a class you have booked you must give 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the class.
Your cancellation fee will only be waived where there are exceptional circumstances. Normal fluctuations in daily routine including work, school, family or spouse timetables are not considered to be exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances are at the instructor’s discretion; examples of exceptional circumstances include:
Death or hospitalisation of a direct family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling)
Natural disaster event
If you feel unwell while taking part in any of the exercises, then please inform the instructor immediately.
