Reformer Jump
A fun and dynamic workout where you jump lying down on the Reformer! You can also lay down on your side and even stand on all fours to jump. The jumpboard protects your knees and back from the jarring impact of landing.
High intensity jump intervals alongside Pilates exercises will get your heart pumping and give you a full body burn.
Private or 2.1 Reformer
A bespoke 1.1 workout designed to meet your specific needs and goals or for rehabilitation.
We also offer duet sessions so you can bring a friend for additional motivation and share the fun!
